Return Policy

At MeroCanvas, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our handmade acrylic paintings. Please read our return policy carefully.
- Digital Mock-Up:
After you place an order, we will create a digital mock-up of your portrait based on the digital picture you provided.
You will receive the digital mock-up for your review and approval.
You may request changes or adjustments to the mock-up. We will work with you to make the necessary changes until you are satisfied.
- Progress Updates:
During the creation process, we will provide you with periodic updates on the progress of your portrait.
You are encouraged to provide feedback during these updates, and we will implement the requested changes to ensure the portrait meets your expectations.
- Final Product and No Refund Policy
Once the portrait is completed, we will send you a final image for your approval before shipping the product.
This is your opportunity to request any minor adjustments.
- No Refunds:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once you have received your finished portrait.
We believe in maintaining a collaborative process to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the portrait before it is shipped.
Shipping and Damage
- Damage During Shipping:
We do not cover damage that occurs during shipping.
We take all necessary precautions to package your portrait securely. Once it leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your portrait arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Mistakes on Our Part
If there is an error on our part that does not align with the approved final image, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your portrait.
We will review your case and work with you to correct the mistake.
